the room was spacious, but dirty. the bathroom was outdated and not well-maintained. Even though they offered breakfast, it was not fresh and not worth eating. the view was not as impressive as I expected.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was kind and cute, even at our late arrival. The room was clean with a great rooftop view. The breakfast buffet served fresh on the rooftop with an ocean view was a highlight. The staff spoke patiently with our basic Portuguese and made us feel safe and comfortable.

The view from the rooftop was breathtaking and the bed super comfy. the breakfast was one of the best I've had served buffet style, so refreshing. the staff was also very patient and friendly even with my basic level of Portuguese.
The location didn't offer much in terms of nearby attractions. despite the friendly staff, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite dull and boring.

I spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in Natal and I was blown away by the amazing service I received. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was very clean, and I had a stunning view of the ocean from the rooftop. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. It was served buffet style, fresh and delicious, and I enjoyed it while taking in the breathtaking view of the city.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. The location was perfect for me since it was close to the beach and other attractions.
